Bioinformatics Compute and Storage [Service] Bioinformatics Long-term Support WABI [Collaborative] Bioinformatics Support and Infrastructure [Collaborative] Bioinformatics Support, Infrastructure and Training [Collaborative] Eukaryotic Single Cell Genomics (ESCG) nfcore/nanoseq is a bioinformatics analysis pipeline that can be used to perform basecalling, demultiplexing, mapping and QC of Nanopore DNA/RNA sequencing data.
